Deal with stress,overthinking, or anxiety
Stop comparing yourself to everyone online
Feel more in control of your moods and reactions.
Understand your emotions — without feeling weird about them.
Learn how to speak up, set boundaries, and handle pressure.
Be around other teens who get it (and probably feel the same).
