Workshop 1

Decoding Your Brain

Understand the shift from child to adult  & dependence to independence. We explore neuroplasticity and why the teen brain is the most adaptable it will ever be.

Workshop 2

Mastering the Emotional Storm

Turn big, unpredictable emotions into manageable data points for growth. Understand the nervous system, stress responses (fight/flight/freeze), and how to challenge the “Inner Critic”.

Workshop 3

Navigating Friendships & Socials

Understand why peer connection feels like “survival” at this age. Identify healthy vs. toxic relationship “flags” and gain a “Repair Toolkit” with literal scripts for repairing and reconnecting.

Workshop 4

Becoming the CEO

Master executive function and the prefrontal cortex to beat procrastination and manage screens. Learn to assess risk vs. reward to make choices that align with personal values.
